Money demands

Outstanding receivables are a burden for both businesses and individuals. For businesses, they weaken liquidity and steal time from core activities, while individuals often feel powerless against debtors who do not pay. Many are reluctant to take up the fight against defaulted payments, but letting claims pile up only worsens the situation. We assist both businesses and individuals with collection plans that start softly with reminders and payment requests. Most debtors want to settle their debts when they are professionally reminded of their obligation. We analyze the legal basis of the claim, assess the debtor's ability to pay and recommend optimal procedures. Most of our cases are resolved out of court, but we also have extensive experience from conciliation boards, and can, using partners, take the cases to court.

1

Reminders, telephone debt collection and extrajudicial debt collection

We start the collection process with professional reminders and payment requests, which often lead to voluntary payment. Telephone collection and personal contact with the debtor can clarify payment problems and establish realistic payment arrangements. Extrajudicial debt collection is often the most cost-effective way to resolve delinquent claims, and we have good results with this approach.

2

Outsourcing business

When amicable collection fails, we assist in taking enforcement action against the debtor through the bailiffs. We prepare all necessary documents and procedures for the enforcement action, including locating the debtor's assets. The service also includes a legal assessment of whether the debtor has assets that make enforcement appropriate.

3

Lien, forced sale, garnishment

We handle the realization of attached assets through forced sales by the bailiffs to obtain payment of the claim. Attachments to wages and other fixed income can ensure ongoing payment of the debt over time. We assess which form of realization will give the best result based on the debtor's financial situation and type of assets.

4

Debt collection

We assist with systematic follow-up of debtors over time, including monitoring the debtor's financial situation and new collection opportunities. The service includes repeated collection attempts when the debtor's ability to pay improves, or a petition for bankruptcy or composition with the debtor. We keep the claims legally alive, taking into account the statute of limitations, and ensure that all collection opportunities are utilized until full payment is achieved.
