Bartlomiej Mioskowski

Bartlomiej Mioskowski is the founder and legal advisor of BNMK. He combines his legal education with exceptional practical experience from both the public and private sectors. As a holder of the protected title of "jurist", obtained through the prestigious law studies at the University of Oslo, he represents the highest standard in Norwegian legal education.

 

What makes Bartlomiej particularly remarkable is his ability to combine intensive academic work with extensive professional experience. While simultaneously completing three demanding education courses at the University of Oslo - political science, law and criminology - he built solid practical expertise through roles at some of Norway's most renowned organizations, including NHO (Norwegian Confederation of Industry), the Norwegian Medical Association, The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management. At the same time, he has good experience from the law firm Sterk, where he has handled dozens of clients and cases.

 

Bartlomiej has demonstrated extensive leadership and commitment to the legal community through his role as head of the renowned non-profit organization "Mino.jur". As a jury member of the prestigious Norwegian Bar Association's talent award, he has, alongside Norway's most respected judges, had the honor of selecting the country's most outstanding lawyer in 2024. Under his leadership, Mino.jur has implemented several groundbreaking initiatives: He established an innovative mentoring scheme that has connected students with experienced lawyers to give them a solid foundation for starting their careers.

 

Bartlomiej also negotiated a strategic partnership between Mino.jur and the Oslo District Court, while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the organization. His experience from the legal network and success in organizational development make him a valuable resource for both established players and upcoming talents in the legal industry.
